Читатели журнала оценили направления, отели, острова мира по 100-балльной шкале, назвав Италию, США и Францию лучшими направлениями мира.
Лучшими отелями мира стали: Parrot Cay by COMO (Турк и Кайкос), Soneva Fushi (Мальдивы), Le Bristol (Париж, Франция), Huka Lodge (Новая Зеландия).
Лучшим спа мира был признан спа в отеле Parkhotel Igls (Австрия).
Лучшим аэропортом снова стал Чанги в Сингапуре, а лучшей круизной компанией – Cunard Line (категория большие корабли), и Silversea Cruises (маленькие корабли).
Россия – третий крупнейший поставщик туристов в Европе
Европейская комиссия по туризму (ЕТС) проанализировала итоги 2013 года для европейского туррынка. Первым и главным поставщиком туристов в Европе по-прежнему остается Германия. Россия замыкает ТОП-3.
Примерно 50% всех международных прибытий в Европе в 2013 году были совершены жителями восьми стран. Лидером является Германия, граждане которой совершили 14% всех иностранных туристических прибытий в Европе. Далее с долей 9% следует Великобритания, а за ней – Россия (6%).
За Россией в рейтинге главных поставщиков туристов в Европе следуют такие страны, как Франция, Нидерланды, Италия. Седьмую позицию удерживает первая неевропейская страна – США, чей вклад в международный туризм в 2013 году был довольно ощутимым. По итогам года количество международных прибытий в Европе выросло на 5,4%, говорится в исследовании.
